In support of the China-UK Cultural Exchange Year, Huaxia Traditional Music Orchestra of China Conservatory will be performing at Edinburgh Festival on the 19th August followed by a special performance in Central Hall of Westminster on Saturday the 22nd of August.
The Orchestra will be conducted by the world renowned Conductor and Composer Mr. Kuan Naichung with leading music artists, such as Ms Song Fei (regarded as the Queen of Chinese Erhu), Mr. Zhang Weiliang (the King of Dizi -Chinese Flute), Mr. Zhang Zunlian (a famous Jinghu Player), and over 40 other awards winning players with great talents and abundant skills of various traditional Chinese instruments.

During the 2 hour performance, audience will be treated with real feast of Chinese traditional music with various themes from “A Festival in a Village” to “the Flying Song—A-Xi Dancing Under the Moon”.
